(The lunch menus show our kitchen team’s great passion for food (Fr. 19.50 – 22.50)

The “Bürgli’s” specialities are: the “Entrecôte Café de Paris” with French fries, the legendary chocolate cake, and the “Bürgli” panna cotta.Our cuisine changes with the seasons, using the freshest ingredients the region has to offer. First-class products are most important to us.

Sunday brunch: When the smell of black coffee and warm bread is in the air, fresh eggs are being scrambled, the tastiest “Birchermüesli” and orange juice is waiting full to the brim with vitamins, and French cheese, salmon from Norway and ham from the mountain valley of Muota are being served, it is time to brunch at the “Bürgli”.

Every Sunday from 10am to 1.30pm for Fr. 39.50, at discretion. Only Fr. 12.00 for children under 12 years. To make sure that the brunch is also a feast for your ears, there is live-music once a month.

Tailored clothes fit best: So do banquets that are arranged to please the demands of our unique guests. Meetings to organise banquets are held at the restaurant. We wish to meet our guests and to know their wishes so that menus can be arranged accordingly.In summer, we offer barbecues on the terrace for 90 persons or more.)
